2. Data processed
We may process names, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle registration and technical data, images and videos sent by customers, service history, messages, booking and invoicing details and technical website usage data. We collect only data needed to provide the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to respond to service requests, agree and carry out work, communicate with customers, invoice, meet legal obligations and ensure service security and operation. Processing is based on a contract, steps requested before a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Consent is used only when separately requested for a voluntary purpose.
4. Sources and recipients
Data is obtained mainly from the customer, the vehicle and while providing the service. Necessary technical, booking, communication, accounting and payment providers may process data on our behalf. Data is disclosed to authorities only where required by law. Transfers outside the EEA are protected as required by applicable law.
5. Retention and security
A service request and its attachments are automatically removed from the request system after 12 months unless they lead to a customer or contractual relationship. Necessary data may then be transferred to the workshop customer system and retained for warranty, liability, legal obligations or possible legal claims. Access controls and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards protect the data.
6. Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may have the right to information, access and correction, erasure or restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to the contact details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
7. Cookies, external content and forms
The site does not use marketing cookies. Operational measurement stores only daily event counts without IP addresses, cookie identifiers or individual profiles. Service-request and appointment data and request attachments are stored in protected database and file services and used for contact, processing and confirmation messages. To prevent misuse, a one-way identifier derived from the IP address and the submission count are used for two hours; the raw IP address is not stored in the form database. A service request does not automatically confirm an appointment; an available standard-service time booked on the separate appointment page is confirmed immediately.
8. AI-assisted quote drafts
Technical vehicle data and the customer’s description may be processed by a server-side AI service to prepare a quote draft. Names, contact details and registration numbers are removed first. AI produces only a draft for staff review: it does not send quotes, set prices, diagnose faults, approve additional work or book appointments. A responsible person always reviews and approves the quote before customer communication.
